I wrote a Project Management Proposal for Consys Swift, a new functionality for Fire Detection software that helps users design and configure their own fire detection systems efficiently through tailored recommdatins based on their needs and budget.

I wrote a 10,000+ word report covering the development process of a web application called the 'Social Welfare Helper' covering various aspects of the SDLC from the research, analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation.

I wrote an Ethnographic Study & Analysis for the educational technology that is used in Universities, going over the issues with them from a UX perspective and outlined our observations of the interactions that happened between students, lecturers, and demonstrators through this technology.

I wrote the market research and deportment breakdown as part of a larger report for a cloud gaming project. The complete report for the proposal was completed in contribution with a group of 4 developers.

I wrote a Quality Assurance Plan for UniPal, an Educational Communication tool between students and staff, Covering aspects such as Design, Development, and Testing Strategies.

I wrote up, with a group of 4 other developers a project plan for SalesRock, a new CRM platform. We broke down the individual tasks that will need to be completed and the time constraints for each task. We also discuss the Use Cases and Non Functional Requirements.

I wrote up with a group of 4 developers, a report analysing the requirements of the SalesForce URD. We thoroughly analysed each requirement based on numerous metrics and we break down where they could improve the strucutring and wording of each requirement section for better clarity and understanding.

I wrote the documentation for a detailed conceptual design and analysis of an educational technology system called LECTUREHUB. The design comes from an ethnographic study identifying key issues with existing educational tools. I then documented the new features and benefits of LectureHub and wrote all the elements of the DCA (Distributed Cognitive Analysis) of the system.
