Conceptual Design and Analysis of LectureHub

I wrote the documentation for a detailed conceptual design and analysis of an educational technology system called LECTUREHUB. The design comes from an ethnographic study identifying key issues with existing educational tools. I then documented the new features and benefits of LectureHub and wrote all the elements of the DCA (Distributed Cognitive Analysis) of the system.
