A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) where I break the project down into small manageable tasks to give stakeholders a better idea as to what completing this project will involve.
A Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan where I outline all the relevant stakeholders, their influence and their expectations for the project.
A Risk Breakdown Structure where I break down and categorise all the risks involved with the project
A Probability and Impact Matrix where I go over the probability of each risk occurring and the impact it would have should it occur.
A Risk Register where I further breakdown the category, cause and mitigation plan for each risk.
